97,924 Black Women & Girls are missing (as of 2022), they are 36% of national missing total, yet 7% of national population.
Imagine being on the run from problems at home, being abused by a loved one be it a parent, spouse, or roommate:
at times you might make choices you wouldn't normally make,
get involved in another abusive relationship, look for comfort from the wrong people and go missing.
Not everyone makes it to safety.
Not everyone makes it home alive.
